Free inside Dammam including installation; a small fee applies for the Eastern Province and all Saudi regions, depending on destination.

Delivery and installation within our service area are free, including laying the rug or fitting the moquette, removing the old carpet, and moving light furniture when needed. For larger work, such as fully clearing a room, lifting old moquette fixed to the floor, or moving heavy furniture, we recommend preparing the space before the appointment or arranging it with us in advance, so the job goes smoothly and without surprises.

Showroom stock is delivered quickly; sizes we bring in from our warehouse arrive within about two days; and custom orders such as tailored curtains and sofas take longer, with the timeline confirmed before you order. In every case we arrange the delivery and installation date with you on WhatsApp, around when your space is ready.

We accept mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, bank transfer and cash, with in-store installment plans via Tabby, Tamara and Madfu.

Saturday to Thursday 9 AM–12 PM and 4–11 PM; Friday 4–11 PM.

You pay for dense weaving that takes daily majlis traffic, designs selected with over thirty years of experience, and honest measuring: we quote the meters your space actually needs, nothing added.

Rugs from 50×80 up to 500×800 cm, moquette per meter cut to your space, and most designs come in several colors.

We display the most-requested sizes (200×300, 200×400, 250×350, plus a range of smaller sizes). Any other size, design, or extra quantity we bring in from our warehouse, usually within about two days, then deliver it to you or have it ready for pickup, whichever suits you. That's how we offer the full size range for every design instead of limiting you to what's on the floor.

Rugs can be exchanged or returned within two days of receipt in their original condition, clean and unused. Moquette cut to your measurements cannot be returned, since it is cut specifically for your space; that is why we confirm the measurements carefully with you and inspect the moquette together before installation.
